Meet the artist
EF INK is Effy’s studio: a calm, laid-back room on Dychurch Lane where first-timers are put at ease and regulars bring their whole family.
Effy is known for her fine-line detail, from delicate florals and celestial spines to name-and-date pieces that mean the world. She also takes on bold blackwork, full colour and reworks of tattoos that didn’t go to plan elsewhere.
She was a confirmed artist at UK Tattoo Fest 2025 at the Marshall Arena in Milton Keynes. The studio is kept spotless, and gloves are changed throughout every session.

Once your design is drawn, it gets a confirmed price. The time in the chair is approximate; the price isn’t.

Flash days
Every now and then we hold a flash day: the studio fills with ready-drawn designs, so you can walk in, choose one and get it tattooed the same day.

Good to know
No. Deposits are non-refundable, because they hold the time we set aside and the design we draw for you.
Yes, as long as you give us at least 3 days’ notice. If you’re booked in and don’t turn up, there is an extra charge of 50% of the tattoo price.
There is a 15-minute grace period. After that, the appointment is cancelled.
Touch-ups are free within 12 weeks, as long as you’ve looked after your tattoo. Message us with pictures before booking one. Outside 12 weeks, or if the damage was caused by the wearer, there is a charge.
By law, tattoos in the UK are for over-18s only. Nipple piercings are also 18+.
We accept Klarna and Clearpay, so you can spread the cost. Gift vouchers can be paid for in the studio to avoid app fees.
